\u00fadaj L4250 <\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nov\u011b byla zapojena kontrola podm\u00ednky pro uplatn\u011bn\u00ed slev na pojistn\u00e9m SP zam\u011bstnavatele u zkr\u00e1cen\u00fdch \u00favazk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V protokolu v\u00fdpo\u010dtu bude u\u017eivatel upozorn\u011bn na skute\u010dnost, \u017ee zam\u011bstnanec nespl\u0148uje tuto podm\u00ednku dle \u00a7 7a odst.3 p\u00edsm.c), n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm textem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>                                <strong>Chyba L4250: P\u0159ekro\u010den limit odprac. doby 138 hodin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b u\u017eivatel mus\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed slevy ru\u010dn\u011b zru\u0161it v \u00fadaji L4250<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud v protokolu v\u00fdpo\u010dtu bude uvedeno p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed limitu odpracovan\u00e9 doby, je na zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed mzdov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed, zda toto p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed nen\u00ed zp\u016fsobeno \u010derp\u00e1n\u00edm O\u010cR na d\u00edt\u011b star\u0161\u00ed 10 let nebo na jin\u00e9ho rodinn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edka, nebo zda se nejedn\u00e1 o pracovn\u00ed volno sjednan\u00e9 p\u0159ed napracov\u00e1n\u00edm hodin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sleva na pojistn\u00e9m nen\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b (dle \u00a7 7a odst.3):<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&nbsp;&nbsp; c)&nbsp; odpracovan\u00e1 doba zam\u011bstnance ze v\u0161ech zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed u t\u00e9ho\u017e zam\u011bstnavatele, v\u010detn\u011b dob, kter\u00e9 se pova\u017euj\u00ed za v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed v kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm m\u011bs\u00edci 138 hodin pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br za\u010d\u00e1tek nebo konec v pr\u016fb\u011bhu m\u011bs\u00edce \u2013 limit se uprav\u00ed v pom\u011bru po\u010dtu kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch dn\u016f trv\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed v kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm m\u011bs\u00edci a po\u010dtu kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch dn\u016f v kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm m\u011bs\u00edci v\u00fdsledek se zaokrouhl\u00ed na cel\u00e9 hodiny sm\u011brem nahoru.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Za v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce se pova\u017euje doba uveden\u00e1 v \u00a7348 ZP:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>kdy zam\u011bstnanec nepracuje pro p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky v pr\u00e1ci (v\u00fdjimka doba, kdy byla pr\u00e1ce p\u0159eru\u0161ena pro nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 pov\u011btrnostn\u00ed vlivy a doba pracovn\u00edho volna na \u017e\u00e1dost zam\u011bstnance, bylo-li sjedn\u00e1no p\u0159edem jeho napracov\u00e1n\u00ed)<\/em><\/li><li><em>dovolen\u00e1<\/em><\/li><li><em>n\u00e1hradn\u00ed volna za pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das a ve sv\u00e1tek<\/em><\/li><li><em>za sv\u00e1tek, kdy n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed n\u00e1hrada mzdy<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">Program pro kontrolu odpracovan\u00fdch hodin zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u0161echny pracovn\u00ed hodiny na O\u010cR (o\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dlena rodiny) jako v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce, tzn. nerozli\u0161uje na jakou osobu je O\u010cR \u010derp\u00e1no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">POZOR:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dlena rodiny<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>U\u017eivatel s\u00e1m vyhodnocuje, na koho je O\u010cR \u010derp\u00e1no, zda na d\u00edt\u011b mlad\u0161\u00ed v\u011bku 10 let a je spr\u00e1vn\u011b zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1no jako v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce, nebo na jinou osobu (nap\u0159. d\u00edt\u011b star\u0161\u00ed 10 let nebo na rodinn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edka) a jako v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce b\u00fdt pova\u017eov\u00e1no nem\u00e1.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/li><li><strong>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy je O\u010cR vystaveno pro d\u00edt\u011b star\u0161\u00ed 10 let nebo rodinn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edka, mzdov\u00e1 \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed mus\u00ed hodiny p\u0159epo\u010d\u00edtat ru\u010dn\u011b.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pracovn\u00ed volno na \u017e\u00e1dost zam\u011bstnance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>U\u017eivatel s\u00e1m posuzuje dobu pracovn\u00edho volna na \u017e\u00e1dost zam\u011bstnance, zda bylo sjedn\u00e1no p\u0159ed jeho napracov\u00e1n\u00edm \u010di nikoliv.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:800\"><li>Bylo-li volno sjedn\u00e1no p\u0159ed jeho napracov\u00e1n\u00edm, tato doba tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed v\u00fdkonem pr\u00e1ce a mzdov\u00e1 \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed mus\u00ed hodiny p\u0159epo\u010d\u00edtat ru\u010dn\u011b.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Nugget zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 jako:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>V\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce &#8211;
