Tato varianta je administrativn\u011b a \u010dasov\u011b jednozna\u010dn\u011b nejv\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b kontroly z \u00daP pak velmi jednodu\u0161e dolo\u017eiteln\u00e9 oproti p\u0159edchoz\u00edm variant\u00e1m \u2013 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed \u201einvalidy\u201c \u2013 znamen\u00e1 archivovat a sledovat platn\u00e9 \u00fadaje, sou\u010dinnost s \u00daP na z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a zachov\u00e1n\u00ed \u201echr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9ho\u201c m\u00edsta a dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fakony, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u00e1kupu pak zase m\u00edt dob\u0159e sepsanou smlouvu, aby nedo\u0161lo k poru\u0161en\u00ed podm\u00ednek n\u00e1kupu a odb\u011bru slu\u017eeb, kdy si ob\u011b strany budou dob\u0159e v\u011bdomy sankc\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b poru\u0161en\u00ed sjednan\u00fdch podm\u00ednek).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>A\u0165 u\u017e zvol\u00edte jakoukoli variantu \u2013 nebo kombinaci pln\u011bn\u00ed, v\u017edy m\u00e1 organizace povinnost odevzdat <\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uradprace.cz\/web\/cz\/plneni-povinneho-podilu\"><strong>formul\u00e1\u0159<\/strong><\/a><\/span><strong> (lze i on-line) a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b zaplatit odvod \u2013 nejpozd\u011bji do 15. \u00fanora n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho roku.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pokud porovn\u00e1te n\u00e1klady na mzdu v\u010detn\u011b odvod\u016f za \u201einvalidu\u201c a n\u00e1klady na z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed administraci tzv. \u201echr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9ho m\u00edsta\u201c, s v\u00fdhodnost\u00ed n\u00e1kupu v\u00fdrobk\u016f a slu\u017eeb, nebo se zaplacen\u00edm \u201einvalidn\u00ed dan\u011b\u201c, vych\u00e1zej\u00ed zhruba v\u0161echny varianty na stejno.<\/p>\n<p>Jakmile m\u00e1 v\u0161ak zam\u011bstnavatel najednou odv\u00e9st vy\u010d\u00edslenou \u010d\u00e1stku (varianta \u201eodvod so st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu\u201c) \u010d\u00e1stka zam\u011bstnavatele t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u017edy p\u0159ekvap\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jste tedy organizace s\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm p\u0159epo\u010dten\u00fdm po\u010dtem zam\u011bstnanc\u016f za rok v\u00edce ne\u017e 25, pak mus\u00edte po\u010d\u00edtat s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fd z\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch zp\u016fsob\u016f prost\u011b budete muset zvolit. Neodkl\u00e1dejte tedy rozhodnut\u00ed na\u00a0posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli a p\u0159ipravte si dop\u0159edu promy\u0161lenou variantu a po\u010d\u00edtejte s\u00a0n\u00ed v\u00a0rozpo\u010dtu na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed rok (alespo\u0148 s\u00a0\u010d\u00e1stkou pro rok minul\u00fd).
