Mo\u017eno v\u0161ak u\u017e\u00edvate\u013esky nastavi\u0165 v\u00fd\u0161ku podnikovej minim\u00e1lnej mzdy mesa\u010dnej aj hodinovej, av\u0161ak je mo\u017en\u00e9 nastavi\u0165 najmenej v \u00farovni legislat\u00edvnej alebo vy\u0161\u0161ej<br>V\u00fdpo\u010det priemern\u00e9ho mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho \u010dasov\u00e9ho fondu: parameter pre vo\u013ebu sp\u00f4sobu v\u00fdpo\u010dtu mzdy za pr\u00e1cu nad\u010das u zamestnanca s mesa\u010dnou mzdou\/platom a je mo\u017en\u00e9 zvoli\u0165:<ul><li><strong>priemern\u00fd mesa\u010dn\u00fd fond &#8211; 4,348 (koeficient) * t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok<\/strong><ul><li>na v\u00fdpo\u010det mzdy za nad\u010das sa pou\u017eije priemern\u00fd mesa\u010dn\u00fd fond, tzn. mesa\u010dn\u00e1 mzda\/4,348 alebo priamo priemern\u00fd \u010dasov\u00fd fond pre t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok 40 h<\/li><li>tento \u00fadaj je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyplni\u0165 iba v pr\u00edpade, ke\u010f je zvolen\u00fd variant priemern\u00e9ho mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho fondu a u\u017e\u00edvate\u013e vy\u017eaduje pou\u017ei\u0165 konkr\u00e9tnu hodnotu priemern\u00e9ho \u010dasov\u00e9ho fondu a nie hodnotu vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00fa z aktu\u00e1lneho ro\u010dn\u00e9ho \u010dasov\u00e9ho fondu, tzn. mesa\u010dn\u00e1 mzda\/4,348<\/li><li><strong><em>upozornenie<\/em><\/strong>: zvolenie tohto variantu m\u00f4\u017ee ovplyvni\u0165 prepl\u00e1canie nad\u010dasov, tzn. pokr\u00e1ti\u0165 inak ako by ste chceli, v takom pr\u00edpade zvo\u013ete vo\u013ebu druh\u00fa, teda aktu\u00e1lny \u010dasov\u00fd fond mesiaca<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>aktu\u00e1lny \u010dasov\u00fd fond mesiaca<\/strong><ul><li>pre v\u00fdpo\u010det mzdy za nad\u010das sa pou\u017eije aktu\u00e1lny mesa\u010dn\u00fd \u010dasov\u00fd fond zamestnanca<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Nemocensk\u00e1<\/strong>: v pr\u00edpade nadlimitnej n\u00e1hrady mzdy za pracovn\u00e9 dni prv\u00fdch dvoch t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov do\u010dasnej pracovnej neschopnosti alebo karant\u00e9ny.
