Pravidl\u00e1 s\u00fa tie\u017e pre otvorenie nov\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru \u010di znovuotvorenie pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru, napr. zamestnanca, ktor\u00fd vo firme pracoval pred nieko\u013ek\u00fdmi rokmi a n\u00e1jdete ho iba v personalistike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie pre zavedenie zamestnanca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Jeden zamestnanec = jedno osobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo<\/strong><ul><li><strong>POZOR<\/strong>: toto pravidlo neplat\u00ed v pr\u00edpade U\u010cNE a jeho \u010fal\u0161ieho pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru, napr. DPP. V tomto pr\u00edpade bude ma\u0165 jeden zamestnanec pre kateg\u00f3riu u\u010de\u0148 jedno osobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo a pre in\u00fd pracovn\u00fd pomer druh\u00e9 osobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo (program pri ukladan\u00ed druh\u00e9ho osobn\u00e9ho \u010d\u00edsla upozorn\u00ed na chybu, ale ide iba o upozornenie, ktor\u00e9 sta\u010d\u00ed potvrdi\u0165)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Nov\u00fdch zamestnancov a nov\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 pomery zad\u00e1vame v\u017edy v module PERS a mzdov\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dtovn\u00ed\u010dka si n\u00e1sledne t\u00fdchto zamestnancov \u010di nov\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 pomery prevezme v module Mzdy v mesiaci n\u00e1stupu:<\/strong><ul><li>v mesiaci nov\u00fdch n\u00e1stupov po kliknut\u00ed na tla\u010didlo Mzdy sa otvor\u00ed automaticky tabu\u013eka s nov\u00fdmi n\u00e1stupmi<\/li><li>na paneli n\u00e1strojov je tla\u010didlo Prevzatie do miezd<\/li><li>vo funkcii \u010eal\u0161ie funkcie &#8211; Prevzatie nov\u00fdch n\u00e1stupov<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><em>Pri zaveden\u00ed nov\u00e9ho zamestnanca s\u00fa povinn\u00e9 v\u017edy tri \u00fadaje<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. osobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo (L0001)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>osobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo sa predvypln\u00ed (ako pokra\u010dovanie u\u017e zaveden\u00e9ho \u010di nov\u00e9ho radu), ale je mo\u017en\u00e9 toto osobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo zmeni\u0165 u\u017e pri zad\u00e1van\u00ed nov\u00e9ho zamestnanca<\/li><li>osobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo po ulo\u017een\u00ed zamestnanca nemo\u017eno potom vo\u013ene zmeni\u0165, je nutn\u00e9 ma\u0165 pr\u00edstup do servisn\u00e9ho programu, kde sa osobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo zmeni\u0165 d\u00e1<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. poradie pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru (L0004)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>pri otvoren\u00ed pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru (PP) re\u0161pektujte navrhnut\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslovanie (ako prv\u00e9 je v\u017edy PP = 0 a n\u00e1sledne nepreskakujte o\u010d\u00edslovanie)<\/li><li>poradie sl\u00fa\u017ei na odl\u00ed\u0161enie pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. sr\u0159edisko (L0002)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>zad\u00e1va\u0165 je mo\u017en\u00e9 iba existuj\u00face stredisk\u00e1 z \u010d\u00edseln\u00edka vo funkcii Mzdy 2-6 Strediska<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>V\u0161eobecn\u00e9 podmienky pre pracovn\u00fdch pomerov u jedn\u00e9ho zamestnanca<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokia\u013e zamestnanec <strong>ukon\u010d\u00ed pracovn\u00fd pomer uprostred mesiaca<\/strong>, a e\u0161te ten i<strong>st\u00fd mesiac op\u00e4\u0165 nast\u00fapi do organiz\u00e1cie<\/strong>, zamestnanec <strong>v\u017edy nast\u00fapi pod rovnak\u00fdm osobn\u00fdm \u010d\u00edslom<\/strong>, ale je potrebn\u00e9 tieto pracovn\u00e9 pomery odl\u00ed\u0161i\u0165, a to znakom pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru (teda 1, 2\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 v jednom mesiaci zavrie\u0165 a ihne\u010f otvori\u0165 \u010fal\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00fd pomer pod rovnak\u00fdm \u010d\u00edslom pracovn\u00e9ho pomer<\/strong>u, napr. ukon\u010denie pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru HPP &#8222;na jednotke&#8220; je k d\u00e1tumu 15.3. a od 20.3. chcete otvori\u0165 op\u00e4\u0165 &#8222;na jednotke&#8220; DPP &#8211; tento model JE CHYBN\u00dd. Spr\u00e1vne rie\u0161enie: ukon\u010d\u00edte PP = 1 k 15.3. a otvorte nov\u00fd PP = 2 od 20.3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee ukon\u010d\u00ed zamestnanec v jednom mesiaci pracovn\u00fd pomer av inom mesiaci op\u00e4\u0165 nast\u00fapi do organiz\u00e1cie, <strong>odpor\u00fa\u010dame <\/strong>znovu otvori\u0165 tento ukon\u010den\u00fd pracovn\u00fd pomer \u2013 vysvetlenie, ako na to, n\u00e1jdete ni\u017e\u0161ie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je potrebn\u00e9 v jednom kalend\u00e1rnom roku odli\u0161ova\u0165 druhy pracovn\u00fdch pomerov, preto neodpor\u00fa\u010dame strieda\u0165 HPP s dohodou (DPP \u010di DP\u010c) \u2013 najm\u00e4 kv\u00f4li tvorbe mzdov\u00e9ho listu, ale naopak DPP a DP\u010c sa be\u017ene strieda v r\u00e1mci jedn\u00e9ho roka na jednom pracovnom pomere (napr. na \u201e jednotke\u201c).
